Two more people in critical condition after ‘gunbattle’ at high school in West Sacramento

Two people have died after a gunbattle between rival gangs and authorities at a high school near Concord High School in West Sacsays.

Sacramento County sheriff’s spokesman Johnathan Taylor says one man died and one was transported to a hospital with injuries that are not life threatening.

He says there were four victims.

Taylor says they are believed to be students at the high school.

Sacreso police Sgt. Steve Dyer says the students involved in the shooting were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

Taylor says a school resource officer was also hurt in the fight.
