The Catholic High Schools Championship is the oldest rugby league event in the country.
The competition, which will take place at Colombo’s Colombo Olympic Stadium on Saturday, is one of only a handful of internationals to take place in the city, with the other two being the European Rugby Championship and the International Rugby Champions Cup.
The event has attracted some of the best rugby league talent in the world.
Rugby league’s new stars of the future The players that have been brought into the game by the International High School Championship include five-eighth David Smith (Australia), five-eleven David Smith, prop Scott Johnson (England), prop Ryan Hore (Scotland) and hooker Joe Kelly (New Zealand).
The most notable names to be part of this year’s tournament are all of them, with Ryan Hotea (Ireland), Ben Brown (New Zealander) and Adam Lydiate (England) among the many other notable names.
The Rugby League World Cup in 2020 has been called “the next generation of rugby league”, and has seen the introduction of many new players.
This year’s players will have their opportunity to play in the Rugby League Champions Cup which has become the world’s highest ranking competition.
Players who have won the title in 2018 will compete in the World Cup which will be held in 2019.
Rugby League is becoming a major sports sport with the likes of rugby union and rugby union world cup attracting huge crowds and the tournament has become an important event for the tourism industry in Sri Lanka.
The Catholic Schools High School season is the only one of its kind in the region and has been dubbed “one of the most popular rugby league events in the West”.
This year will be the first time that all of the players from the Colombo school will be playing in the tournament.
The boys’ side will compete against the girls’ side on the afternoon of the competition.
The teams will be based in Colombo.
The Colombo High School Football Club will host the men’s and women’s high school championships, while the girls will compete on the evening of the main tournament.
Players will be able to sign up for the women’s side as early as April 6.
The first four teams from the competition will go to the final on Friday, April 7.
